SLC7A11 (xCT) is the light-chain subunit of system xc⁻, a cystine/glutamate antiporter critically implicated in ferroptosis regulation, redox homeostasis, and tumor metabolic reprogramming. This full-length recombinant human SLC7A11 (1–501 aa), produced in an *E. coli* cell-free system with an N-terminal 10×His tag, provides a suitable basis for studying this challenging multi-pass membrane transporter outside a lipid bilayer context. Functional ELISA confirms binding activity against a recombinant anti-SLC7A11 antibody (CSB-RA892171MA1HU) with an EC₅₀ of 9.452–13.79 ng/mL when immobilized at 2 μg/mL, and SDS-PAGE analysis demonstrates greater than 90% purity, supporting use in antibody validation, sandwich ELISA development, protein–antibody interaction studies, and as a reliable positive control in immunoassay optimization. Researchers should note that endotoxin levels have not been tested, so additional endotoxin removal may be necessary for any cell-based downstream applications.

If nanodisc assembly fails, we can provide DDM detergent fusion protein and only charge the cost of the fusion protein. If DDM fails again and there is no other compatible detergent, it will be treated as a failure and a cost of $540 will be charged.
